Nice first part of an #aikido seminar by #JaniTarkki focusing on kaeshiwaza (counter techniques), today at #Seigikai in #Tampere. Plus got to do Nishio Toho #iaido with Markku Mustonen, so 3 hours of training.

Good to go through some of the feedback from yesterday when I visited #Aikiken in #Jyväskylä to do Nishio Toho Iai (and aikido) lead by #KaiKoskinen.

Way too few people have become familiar with that art, sitting at the cross-section of aikido and Iaido.
