This time of year can be so hard for so many reasons. As we head into December and the longest, coldest, darkest nights in the Northern Hemisphere, I encourage you to seek glimmers all the harder. And, no matter what meaning or not you give the coming season, try to find ways to make the days ahead warmer and brighter for yourself and others.
