Today I started a #SeedSaving course with the #IrishSeedSaversAssociation. Over two years, we'll learn how to produce #seed and do what we can to help #conserve #SeedDiversity. Here we were being shown how to prep a selected chard plant to be replanted for growing on for seed in its second year. Absolutely fascinating first class, I can't wait to get stuck into the first growing project! #AlwaysLearning
