🆘Bill Cole 🇺🇦I do in fact believe that NO ONE should own real estate they don’t personally use. I don’t see any real difference between J.D. Vance investing in a company that facilitates foreign ownership of US farmland and Blackstone or G-S buying up residential real estate.
Landlords of all sorts are problematic. Always have been. They get worse the less they are actually involved with their properties. Shareholders in limited-liability corporations are the worst.
