It’s the last Seafair weekend, and what better way to soak it all in than with a cold, crisp Seafair Pilsner in hand while the Blue Angels tear through the sky! ✈️💙

On draft, Seafair Pilsner produces a hefty amount of shaving-cream white head, resting on a pale lake of gold. Receding at a quick pace, lacing rests in the glass as a tattered curtain.
Swirling and sniffing, we recover notes of honey, cooking herbs, a bit of fresh-cut grass, some floral, and some doughy bread.
Sipping, many of the aromas transfer into the sip, along with notes of Saltine-like cracker, and a bit of sharpness, finishing slightly bitter. Overall, Seafair Pilsner has a mild to medium mouthfeel, some alcoholic warmth, and a lingering slickness that is punctuated by some sharpness.

Kevin FreitasI know the noise can be a real bother to some folks but I enjoy the talent and engineering on display. Do I wish these machines weren't weapons created for war and by a military industrial complex? Absolutely! Does that make them any less amazing? Not really. But, seriously, let's create amazing things w/out all that, plz thx.
