⚓️ The South Street Seaport Museum in NYC will be holding monthly chantey sings in a hybrid format (so you can join from anywhere) from November through April, 2-4 PM ET (1900-2100 GMT, I think, but DST ends on 5 Nov in the US so check). And it's free!
I've enjoyed the San Francisco Maritime Park chantey sings so I'm looking forward to checking this out as well. First one is hosted by Bonnie Milner of the Johnson Girls.

"The Symposium on the Music of the Sea will be held on Friday, June 9 at the Essex CT Town Hall, 29 West Ave. from 9-5 p.m. The Symposium is free and will be streamed to our YouTube Channel for those who are unable to attend in person."
