The chicken mole I cooked yesterday was delicious. My preference is to do it with turkey but chicken is what I had.
My mum joined us for dinner, having been tantalised by the wafting scent.
We had tacos with lettuce, tomato 'Mexican inspired. shredded cheese, yoghurt and jalapenos. Afterwards enjoyed a #boardgame of #SeaDragons afterwards, which I hear has sold out at #gencon
My win was helped by going after all the coral and stocking up on hidden dragons.
Mum picked up the game straight away and gave a good fight.
