The CC company have all of the reciepts, screen shots and log of the online chat.
I had an email from #Halfords #halfrauds this morning again saying that some one would call me and that the 'manager' was on holiday.
I told them I wasn't interested, the manager must be very lucky to be on holiday still after more than 4 weeks and that I want everything in writing... not some false promises made on the phone.
So I just got my car insurance renewal.
An increase of £233... or a price gouging hike of about 72%
That's not happening... its disgusting that companies think they can scam customers in this way.
Been with Adrian Flux for 20yrs... they'll be getting a call on Monday and if they don't come up with a better quote quickly... I won't be a customer any more.
I paid £320 last year, not paying £553 now.
