Étonnement du soir : les sculptures en sucre réalisées pour le banquet offert par Francesco Ratta en 1693 à Bologne.

Les sculpteurs qui ont travaillé à ces sculptures sont G. Mazza, S. Sarti et G. B. Zaccarini. Les salles du banquet étaient décorées de façon somptueuse : tentures auxquelles sont accrochés de nombreux petits miroirs, centre de table impressionnant et, donc, sculptures en sucre de grandes dimensions (1m de haut environ).

"Khong" was/is an Architectural concrete light sculpture. This sculpture contained of a box of which rectangular and angular shapes were pushed out, pulled in and cut out. It ever has been shipped of to San Diego when posting to the US of A was still easy.
