Yes, this one totally killed the franchise for over a decade before another sequel, then another decade after that for the requel and follow-ups. It's just a miracle we ever got more with how sloppy this one is. Mostly because the studio refused to have patience and Harvey Weinstein needed to push this one out like it was a woman he was pushing himself on like the perverted creep he was and is.
