Scrap fabric bucket hat! I've always felt i look a right egg in any hats, but i love the shade they give so i'm gradually getting used to them. This is my first bucket hat ever, self-made or otherwise. Idk maybe it looks okay on my egg head? πŸ˜‚ the hat itself turned out so cute, especially with the broderie anglaise on one side and mint green on the other. It's the free bucket hat pattern from Mood, but with the modification of making it fully reversible.

Since discovering herringbone stitch I've started saving most of my reject beads because they're perfect for it. Due to the colors and finishes being mismatched I've begun working on what I call "colorfully chaotic" bracelets.

Would you wear one of these or pass 😜?

Hot off the hook last night! I still have a lot of yarn to use up, and I wanted to make a cardigan to test a pattern I wrote up for it a while ago, so I know how much to buy if I want to make any in the future.
I'm not a big fan of most of the colours in this, so it will likely just be one for wearing round the house in the chillier months, but it's a good proof of concept and helped me work out the weight of the finished piece!

Another fabric collage bird birthday card. This one went to my niece. I do love finding a good #bird motif!

One of very few commissions I’ve ever taken: a little scrap #embroidery as a graduation gift for an #architecture student.

Playing with visual #texture and found objects. One of my little embroideries. I started out doing #StitchMeditation and went through several phases; I’ve gone back to just following my needle, but they’re no longer 30-minute projects. I keep going back to them until they feel done.
