A Scoutmaster conference should feel like a conversation, not a test 🙂

Scouts should talk about progress and goals. They should not redo skills or face extra tasks.

Leaders cannot add requirements. When they do, Scouts can feel frustrated 😟 and lose trust.

If this happens, talk with leaders or seek help. Every Scout deserves a fair path 👍
