In amongst the pebbles in my last post, there is a crop of what i understand to be Canisp Porphyry. They were uncovered quite dramatically after one of last year's storms. Since then, they have obviously moved around and are no longer so concentrated in one spot as they had been. Who knows how it all got there or how long it has taken to round their edges into perfect pebbles.
