My old church in Edinburgh has it's Easter Vigil at 5.00am on Easter Sunday. It's very atmospheric, with dawn breaking and light beginning to stream through the windows as the service progresses.

The choir has a tradition of climbing up Arthur's Seat after the service, having breakfast together, and then returning to church for the normal 10.30am High Mass.
