Remembering hounds no longer with us: our first deerhound was 3-years old when we rescued/rehomed her. It was love at first sight on both sides. D’luxe Rose of Serendipity was a prankster, a snitch (on the wolfhounds) and a total joy to be with. Rose was 13+ years old we she left us three years ago.
