Afternoon, Mastodon. I went out-of-town to Round1 today to catch up on lamp maintenance to regain the 16 clear lamp on #DDRWorld . I've to upscore a couple of these for the #LIFE4 Pearl V rankup; but this is a good enough haul for today.
I dread the 17's ahead. Have a good evening.
Today, I got to visit the Round1 in Elizabeth, NJ for the first time. I got to connect with NJ and NY-area players for the first time in a while, do some necessary lamp maintenance on #DDR WORLD, and bemoan the fact that the food court Moe's is charging four dollars for water.

Evening, gamers. Today I went far out of town to play #DDRWorld. I reclaimed the 14 blue lamp and started on reclaiming the 15 red lamp. Along the way, I got several 1g and 2g GFC's on charts I played for the first time or haven't in a long while.
Work is light, so I got in a short 45-minute #DDR session at the local D&B before getting lunch. It was worth it: I PFC'ed two new 14's for the first time and completed the #DDRMax2 CSP gold lamp!
That's 106 total 14 PFC's (85 on A20+). I look forward to getting the Max2 ESP gold lamp... somehow.
A #DDR #scorepost to write home about today. Made incremental progress on a variety of objectives, but GOT DANG IT WHEN WILL CACTUS MAN BE PIFFED 🌵
First time having a 3icecream export longer than one page in a while. Pretty happy I got a full-length sesh in today after so long.

Tonight I got my 7th level-16 PFC (5th on A20+) in #DDR . I've poked and prodded to get this score on and off for years, and I screamed when I finally got it... but I don't feel over the moon about it.
I'm the least motivated to get better at DDR I've probably ever been in my 6+ years playing. I still want to keep playing for score, but there are clouds over my head right now for that.
I hope the next 16 piff doesn't take 6 months again.
Quick hour this morning at the local D&B to get some #DDR in for exercise. "Saturday Night Love" is a bop.
Played #DDR earlier today for the first time in about 10 days. No goals; just wanted to play the songs I like and get my body moving.
P1 had recent maintenance done, and while it wasn't perfect, it was in decent enough shape to score on it, and it's in the best condition in a couple months.
I'll likely next play again after Thanksgiving.
rare #scorepost on my feed: got in an hour at the local D&B tonight. While it isn't everything I wanted goals-wise (I was falling asleep while trying to play 17's), I did get some good scores that I'm happy with:
- Level-14 PFC #102 (A20+ #82): Six String Proof. 4.5x HID+.
- Level-16 AAA #50 (A20+ #40): Nageki No Ki. 3.75x HID+.
- MFC on Nageki No Ki bSP. 3.5x HID+.
I'm almost there to LIFE4's Pearl V rankup ahhhhh. Looking forward to playing 17's when I can.
