How do national policies shape early academic careers?

✍🏼 Jörg Müller & Rachel Palmén, senior researchers at #GenTIC, analysed 31 European countries and found that combining early childhood education and care policies with reducing precarious working conditions for women leads to gender-equitable early careers.
