(no, they are NOT bird cemeteries.
I personally only know of one (1) dead bird found under a wind turbine, and that one was hit dead by a car and placed under the turbine by an anti-windpower activist -.-
Also, if one of the blades is painted black, birds avoid them. Birds are not dumb :)
