#Science4Ukraine is asking for donations for their "Academic Travel Grants for Ukrainian Researchers". It is a programme that already helped a lot of researchers from #Ukraine to connect to other researchers at conferences that they else could not afford to take part in.

This paper led by my heroic collaborators from Ukraine, Maksym Tsizh and Vitalii Tymchyshyn, has been finally accepted as in press by MNRAS.
It presents a new study of the use of "persistent homology" of the simulated cosmic web as a (powerful!) way to constrain cosmological parameters-here we first explored the role of σ8.

Let me push this once more:
The Young Academy Groningen has set up a language buddy matching platform to support science in #Ukraine. This was inspired by conversations with Ukrainian colleagues and the desire to build structures for the longer term. We aim to scale up if this works but we’re dependent on volunteers who reasonably confidently publish in English.
