All the school/state rankings are bullshit. This article has a link at the bottom that takes you to the metrics for the "study." They using meaningless "data" to create these rankings, which drive policies and decision making, federal and state. It's a complete joke, and has been for a long time. It's infuriating, and I just wish people realized this.
