New scholarship honours Inuk chef killed in October
CBC's Anchal Sharma reports on the Joshua Qiyuk Memorial Scholarship, which will be awarded annually to Indigenous youth pursuing the culinary arts. Joshua Qiyuk died in a stabbing in Ottawa's east end at the age of 21.
