So, @evelynefoerster and I are already starting to celebrate #NewYearsEve. We're having delicious “Schlammbowle" (muddy punch).
For all you nice people out there, I wish you a very nice #NewYear2025. May the new year be better for all of you than 2024 has been.

So, #EasterMonday has brought us #SchlammBowle. That was tasty and a great and cozy way to let the long #Weekend round off. 👍🤣
⚠️ Alcoholic beverage! ⚠️
Recipe:
• About 750 ml vanilla ice cream
• Optional: one or two shots of vodka
• 1 bottle of sweet white wine
• 2 bottles of champaign
Put all into the bowl, champaign last. Pour it over the ice cream, so that its foam will get a soap like consistency. Stir as much as you wish.
Optional: fruit, juice… Enjoy! 🎉🍾🥳🤣

Die Schlammbowle ist ein Klassiker der auf keiner Silvesterparty fehlen darf. Das Typische an der Schlammbowle ist das in der Bowle schwimmende Vanilleeis und die matschige Farbe, die durch die Mischung der Zutaten entsteht. Diese recht süße Bowle hat es in sich, was man jedoch nicht gleich merkt, da die süßen Früchte den Alkohol überdecken.
