The #DEA should grant an exemption from #ScheduleIII under "21 CFR Β§1308.13"
By replacing the word "reserved" under subsection (f)(2) with the following text.
"Under specific circumstances, testosterone prescribed by a licensed medical doctor to facilitate a gender transition from Female to Male for transgender individuals is not classified as a Schedule III anabolic steroid. However, in all other situations, testosterone falls under the category of a Schedule III listed anabolic steroid."
