The spot was thirty seconds of mad libs sloganeering ducktalk — what Manny Davis would rightly have called a “null program”. I e-mailed #RogersSportnet a few moments ago at feedback[at]sportsnet.rogers.com to let them know that earlier this afternoon, and in future, if I #SawAnAd with #PiPiLeQ during a #BadNewsBlueJays broadcast, I would #ChangeTheChannel.
One less pair of eyeballs might not mean a whole lot to them, but to my mind it’s a question of principle.
Saw a second advertisement from #PiPiLeQ midway through the third inning of this afternoon’s #BadNewsBlueJays game in #TampaBay against the #Rays.
