Sabi alone is disabled caretaker for elderly mom & ESA bun, in cramped hotel room with shared bed, in immense pain, without food or sleep. The hotel is severely past due with danger of getting booted to icy hot streets.

Multiple marginalizations simultaneously predispose to homelessness, as well as leading to decreased resources & increased dangers

Many don't have the option to just forego concerts, video games, subscriptions

Many don't have the option of couch surfing

Many are at risk of being put in detention camps, jailed or deported, if not assaulted or killed

None of us are better than others, yet those struggling most get viewed as less deserving
