Melon Husk's weak moderation is a return to the mean, not a break with it. Funny how nostalgic dysphoria has made pre-Husk Titter a fash-free zone that it never really was. At least not for most of its existence.

After having read #SarahJeong's last article on #mastodon.social I wonder what the result of existing in this instance with its particular code of conduct will be. In the USA, we do have the 1st #amendment here. I'm concerned that this and potentially other instances will become #echoChambers. In my USA existence we go to school with Nazis and related groups, but we don't censor them. Their advocacies on hate usually shed light on themselves and act as a negative feedback to their growth.
