Being primarily a Nikon and Minolta (film) user, I surprised myself by becoming the owner of a Pentax K1000 recently. I had been in the process of buying a Minolta X300 locally and when I went to collect the camera, the seller asked me if I’d be interested in the contents of a curious looking case he had strategically placed beside the Minolta. As an a addicted film camera collector, I had to look inside the box… after all, you never know !

Roll of 120 Santa Rae 1000 exposed.
A very quick foray down the shoreline as the 50+mph winds whipped up water spouts and flumes of salt spray as it crashed into the rocky beach. Throwing the spray hundreds of meters up into the woodlands.
I had the Yashica MAT124G. A quick meter of the light and set at 1/125th and f/8, zone focused - so I could pretty much use it as a point and shoot..!
Dev'd in stock Microphen. Hanging to dry.
I now have 3x rolls of 120 Santa Rae 1000.

After the previous, really productive, photographic day spent on developing a roll of #SantaRae1000, I've struggled to get going today!
I've taken until noon to be motivated enough for anything.
So, grabbing a Nikon D700/Tokina AT-X Pro Macro 100mm F2.8D, I went into the garden - where else. 📷 👍 😎
