I enjoyed the ramen, though it was saltier than normal ramen, so while I usually finish the ramen broth, I did not in this case. The broth was also spicy, which I did not expect, but I enjoyed it. I thought it was a good dish, but not one I'd order again. 2/3

Lunch today was at #LuckyFortuneCookery . I finally had a chance to try the beef birria ramen - ramen noodles with consome, served with house-made birria, soft boiled egg, Monterey Jack, cilantro, onions and radish.
Had to dig a bit to find the beef and the egg, and I don't remember encountering any cheese. Look at that perfectly cooked soft boiled egg. Mmmmm. 1/3

Given that some people are allergic to soy, I would think that would be a problem, especially as I presume the plant-based version also includes the not-disclosed tofu.
