Her: <pulls goggles over sunglasses, straps on PFD and heads into the V berth to sort out the spinnakers>

If you're ever being trained as foredeck on an overnight race, and when you do a sail change they tell you "don't bother bagging the old sail, just shove it down the hatch", I'm just going to tell you right now that that's a bad idea. Not that that ever happened to me.
