PSA: A hard hat might seem like overkill when you are not going up to roofspace or climbing ladders (where there is risk of items falling from above), but I was glad for one a couple of weeks ago, as I was in the plant room at the top of the general hospital, looking at the space for an equipment rack and clouted my head on a solid metal duct for airco that runs the length of the plant room - without the hat this would have been painful! #safety #PPE #OccupationalSafety #SafetyAtWork
