Yes, you can argue that this isn't any issue, but you don't. Since I published it, you never responded to it, until this day. Always only distracting from the concerns.

my issue with his involvement is rather this:
- giving legetimacy to companies that [and then any reffer to what I posted]
- working towards ideas of authoritarian control, that those companies wish to implement

I just have a strong problem seeing that #Mastodon official collaborates with such.

The mentioned companies are lesser known, but to grasp what my problem is, I make the following comparison:

"Mastodon is working together with facebook, the NSA, google, the GCGQ, frontex....to build a rating system on people and content."

That sounds like an outright problem, same it is for me with #INOV, #SYNYO, #trilateralresearch
Those companies develope tools to basicly kill migrants, to just name an example.

That's not a minor thing to do. That is full blown contributing to facism.
The starting words of a project description from a project that INOV works on:

"Combating irregular migration...",

And that's just an example. This list goes on and on with very similiar discusting nationalist, racist, classist, colonialist,...shit.

@tastytea the companies that are involved are disgusting. I do not know how they imagine to implement it, as I only have found marketing speech articles on how they plan to do so.
But I do not expect anything good to come out of something with companies as #INVO and #SYNYO involved.
