#Ihor_Parkhomenko, experienced pilot of #SU_25 attack aircraft and colonel of the assault aviation, decided to return to his unit to continue carrying out combat missions forty days after his 25-year-old son, #Serhii_Parkhomenko, died in battle on May 14, 2022.
As #Ihor says: "My son has not stopped carrying out combat missions - he continues to do so through me. At this moment, I am flying for both of us."

A massive drone attack on the military industry of #Smolensk, #Russia, last night.
Local media report a fire at the territory of #Smolensk aircraft plants and other objects. The plant is involved in the production and modernization of military aircraft, including #Su_25. It also repairs military aviation equipment.
