In light of the recent announcement of boxed sets of the original Star Trek (Region 2, but Region 1 sets are on their way next year), I found myself thinking of some of the fizzier nicknames for the shows.
Since Next Gen came out just a few years after the New Coke fiasco, the names Classic Trek and New Trek stuck. Early in DS9βs life I remember hearing someone refer to Diet Cherry Trek. Which leads to an obvious question:

Even in the time of #StarTrek #Enterprise, there clearly is still a place for proof readers, since their proof reading software apparently hasn't picked up the typo of "own" as "won" in the last paragraph.
I assume that whoever wrote the biography, must've written it manually still, contrary to Jonathan Archer, who was later in the episode seen as dictating his preface for the book to the computer's text to speech engine, since I can't see how TTS software could interpret "own" as "won".

It's interesting how they started performing the Vulcan marriage ceremony in English (or Galactic Basic Standard, though I'm not sure that was a thing already at that point in time), just because Tucker was present.
Huh, never realised that the captain whose ship Archer decided to steal their warp coil from in #STEnterprise, was #Illyrian; the same species as #StrangeNewWorlds' #UnaChinRiley belongs to.
