With Electronic Shelf Labels (#esl), you might wanna rethink how you do #shopping

Because major retailers like #walmart #sobeys etc will most likely start optimising prices using algorithms. If they aren't already.

Personally, a few months ago, I started shopping at Giant Tiger.

It's a smaller Canadian retailer and I don't think they're there yet.

In the last months, I've been paying more attention to labels, especially while shopping groceries.

That's because I want to purchase products made in #canada instead of the USA

But another thing that I've noticed is that so many products are coming from very few companies.

- etc

Shouldn't we be worried about that? Few companies controlling all the canadian retail?
