🚀 The #SUNRISE6G project shares new research on #RIS integration in O-RAN-based #5G networks

📄 "Integration of RIS into O-RAN 5G Networks and Beamforming Optimization via UE Reporting" shows how real-time UE feedback enables smarter beamforming.

📡 Results? Improved signal strength and throughput (TRL 7), with no protocol changes.
