Seen a few posts asking if Slayer play Reign in Blood in full, can't they do Pleasure to Kill in full too.
Guess it could tightly fit into a 45 min setlist... in theory.
In practice, it's probably not realistic, as they also need some time to breathe in between songs. More than the few seconds this would allow for.
Not to mention it's a totally different situation from Slayer.
#Slayer have stopped making new music or touring and they're just doing a handful of shows celebrating a cult album.
#Kreator have just put out a new album and they are touring to promote it. Not playing anything off the new album would make no sense.

A changeover of under 30 minutes for #Slayer is unlikely, so #Kreator will probably finish at 20:35, which means a 45 min set.
Will this be the schedule for all shows? Would guess so, maybe slightly offset earlier or later, but same set lengths.
45 minutes is similar in length to how much #Kreator played at Rockville
Maybe one extra song. 8-9 songs.
