For my writing, what strategies have I tried to boost visibility?

When I have something new out (so far that's just been stories), I push it on social media, and talk it up on ZOOM panels and at conventions.

Do I have any summer submission or publishing plans? Special marketing or promotion?

The upcoming book launch I've been mentioning for Permutations: A Well World Anthology at #Balticon is just around the corner Memorial Day weekend. I have a busy panel schedule.

I'm also headed to Confluence in Pittsburgh, and Worldcon later in the summer in Seattle. I hope to be on panels at both.

#writephant Does social media boost or drain my writing energy? How do I recharge creatively?

Some social media can boost my energy, but most of it tends to drain me.

The best way to recharge is to take a creative class or to go to a convention where I can hang out with creative types and go to/be on panels.

OryCon 44 updates continued:

The Dealers Market, including the Dealers Den, Artists Alley, and the Writers Block, still has a few spaces available.

There are committee and staff positions open as well as more pre- and at-con volunteers needed in many areas. Most but not are all public-facing. Some can be done remotely.

Committee meetings are held monthly on Zoom.

I'll answer directly here what questions I can and direct others to the relevant areas to contact.
