"Theme from S-Express" - S-Express

A glorious mix of sample and beat. The lyric is words thrown at the page ("I've got the house full of you"), cut-up bits of old records (the trumpet sting) and constant repetition of the band name. Clubbers knew what this tune was, they knew what to ask for in Our Price.

Stage performance isn't as good as the marketing campaign, a couple of very statuesque dancers with keyboardist Mark Moore and some hired extras. Great song, poor visuals.
