Pflege neu denken: Studierende zeigen Wege aus dem Versorgungsengpass
Der Fachkräftemangel in der Pflege gehört zu den größten Herausforderungen des deutschen Gesundheitssystems. Ein Forschungsprojekt an der EAH Jena zeigt nun: Akademisch ausgebildete Pflegefachpersonen mit erweiterten Kompetenzen können entscheidend dazu beitragen, die Versorgung zu sichern und Versorgungslücken – insbesondere in ländlichen Regionen – zu schließen.

An apple that is quite as green
As the one you offer me
You did not get that from a tree.
One green half it shines like lime
The other side is red as wine
It seems wet and freshly moistened
I think this apple might be poison.
Thank you for the offer, but
I'd much prefer to eat a nut
