Mistigram: I’m not qualified to explain exactly why Mentalpop drew this #pixelart portrait of a character from the #Devilman #anime (this looks to be #RyoAsuka) as a toasted marshmallow, but if I had to speculate they figured it would be silly fun. And it is! This piece was included in the TV-themed MIST0719 artpack collection released six years ago.

so I've been on the hunt for this image again for at least a year after the original post was taken down. its incredible to me that #GoNagai shared this pinup with a BL magazine in most likely the 80s. that twink looks so suspiciously like #RyoAsuka from #Devilman ! so glad i decided to go through my phone! you never know what you'll find hidden in your thousands of downloads haha

i believe OP said this was in an issue of #JuneMagazine. love looking at old manga zines like this. wow
