De eigenaar van een website die onbewezen coronamedicijnen als ivermectine en hydroxychloroquine aanprees, moet 6375 euro boete betalen. De rechtbank had eerder geoordeeld dat een waarschuwing van de minister van Volksgezondheid voldoende was, maar de Raad van State heeft die uitspraak vernietigd en de eigenaar alsnog boetes opgelegd.

Drove over to my go-to #SmogTesting shop in Pittsburg to get one of my cars smogged but a sign on the roll-up door said that they're closed until 2/15 (which is a Sunday).
No problem because the reg is not due to be paid til 3/8 but still thinking of moving to #Montana (or a least, re-registering my vehicles there) where there is no annual smog test required.
There's a whole industry in Montana built up around this loophole but I've never bothered to take advantage of it because it's mainly designed for high priced vehicles -- particularly #RVs -- because of Montana's very low registration costs.
I know this because I once considered buying a 6 figure RV to live & travel in but those ideas blew away with the wind. π
