Speaker of the #Russian_Duma #Volodin travelled to #Caracas this week to congratulate the newly “reelected” #Nicolás_Maduro, who was sworn in as “President” for his third term on Friday. Despite widespread allegations of vote manipulation, the #Venezuelan dictator will hold on to power once again.
