Hello my dear peeps, an update on my health. Although clinically there is a lot of improvement the ENMG didn’t show any progress. So, I have mixed feelings. No treatment coming up, unless I deteriorate. Anyway, I’m slowly building up the 🏃🏼♀️. I’m at 4x2’ with 2’ walking in between. Last year I planned to run the Rotterdam marathon to 🥳 my 60th birthday. I’m 60 now, Garmin thinks I’m 20 🤭.

Heute in genau 10 Tagen ist mein Halbmarathon an der Deutschen Weinstraße. Ich nutzte das wunderschöne Wetter für einen Sonnenaufgangslauf – bei etwa 0 °C und gefühlten -5 °C.
woollypigsGrand 10k that became 12k because of cows on the trail. I also for some reason unbeknownst to even myself, I decided that it would be a good idea to "send it" on the first part. The trail was great but the surface was very uneven and just drained me. So after I had to detoured around the cows and a farm track that has been plowed away. I was drained and didn't have much left for the last 2km back to HQ, since for another reason I forgot to drink and fuel up beforehand. Other than that great run and would love to run more around here.
