a two day event full of scrum and agile @karen and me conducted a session of #Lego4Scrum and i carried the #RucksackVollerLego again. The first time with @haufegroup socks ;)

We went deeper into #cynefin by #MaryBoone @snowded

@karen showed the current state of research for the #AgileMindset and #PsychologicalSafety and let the students work with it.

so the story line touched @DianaOfPortland and @estherderby work and after a small introduction
it was impressive to observe the group of students conducting a #retrospective themselves. one to increase psyc. safety (hopefully)

@nobsagile) thought today about inviting people into the fediverse to join an endless #AgileParty and first step would be to create a party ourselves so new #agile people have a chance to join us here.
