#Roy on #Caturday morning sitting on his 4 foot high ledge giving me a slow blink. He's really happy. Maybe because our night walks have gotten much longer and I'm handling complex cat situations better.

Last night for example there's a house with Cat Thyme along its driveway. Roy discovered it a while ago. Another neighbor cat was there and Roy had to explain to it that this is his thyme, he found it, so it's his. As an aside I'd never heard of it until Roy found it 😂

#Roy soft boiled egg: covered saucepan with 3/4"/2cm water, egg, large spoon, timer. Bring water to boil. Set timer to 5:30, put egg in spoon, start timer, gently lower egg into water, put lid on. When done, turn off heat, run egg under cold water until not hot. Crack shell all over. Peel off. Carefully bite the rounded end off. Squirt yolk out onto small dish. Eat egg white. Adjust time +if white runny, -if yolk hard.

Here's #Roy on #Caturday before we got up lying in the soft canyon between my arm and torso. It's wonderful to see him feeling so much better. For the past 6 weeks or so he's had an allergic skin condition which the vet correctly suggested might be caused by his topical flea treatment. Vet gave me a different kind to try and it solved it. He's back to sleeping peacefully on me! Whew!

Then he gets his second favorite thing: yolk from soft boiled egg. I get the white.

#Roy on #Caturday deciding to investigate the bathroom. He was looking in the mirror right before the first pic. He's a very tall boy lol. Then it was time for a long cool refreshing drink.

He doesn't come in the bathroom that often so it's a nice surprise when he does.
