Neutrality is just another way of saying "This isn't our war.", thereby ignoring, that every war is everyone's war, because every war tangents #IntLaw and the stances we take towards each war define to wich degree we uphold this law. Neutrality in its core is a violation of the #RomeStatute 's preamble:

There's an extensive database of suspected perpetrators of human rights violations in #Iran - via the chain-of-command. If Iran ever ratifies the #RomeStatute (following the current uprising?), then some of these might qualify for trial in TheHague by the #InternationalCriminalCourt (though the ICC will try to go as high up the chain as it can, per the evidence + chance of a conviction for #CrimesAgainstHumanity ). RU + CN (+ US-under-Trump) would veto a UNSC referral.
