I'm not aphantasic. I can world-build and fantasize intentionally. I've just never had it happen unintentionally, driven by looking at someone.
I wonder if this is an actual thing which happens to actual people. Or if it's just artistic license for "this person inspires me to think outside my usual boundaries".

How you know the author has just introduced a secondary character crossing over from a different romance novel that they’ve written — they specifically mention the quaint name of the quaint, Hallmarky town that they live in, that you will never see in the current book. Bonus points for mentioning their romantic life.

Am I the only person who starts stressing out the moment the MCs catch feelings in romance novels. Are they going to freak out and break up? I can feel it coming and I can't bear it.

Okay, I've just learned that the "Older Woman / Younger Man" trope is now called "reverse age gap". WTF? Super sexist.
Can we NOT with the "reverse" terms, please? Especially when we already have a descriptor?
