#Pokemon is and always has been a #robotrek clone with simplified battle and monsters ripped off from dragon quest. The fact that they turned around afterwards and tried to patent many of the systems that they themselves ripped off from other games is not just absurd and unhealthy for the games industry but pure evil, late stage capitalism at it's finest...but it's also not new, #nintendo/pokemon has always been like this
Robotrek was one of those bargain bin RPG’s I picked up & ended up enjoying.
What game did you ever purchase randomly for cheap that you ended up enjoying more than you expected?

It’s hard to believe I own such an obscure RPG like Robotrek as a kid. I probably got it off a Toys r Us discount bin and with my love for RPG’s I had to have it. Never thought years later it would become highly sought after physically and much more appreciated.
