Tried making a #PepperandEggsandwich, something I've been seeing on #youtube quite a bit recently, for #brunch today.

Assuming I made it right (a BIG assumption) I don't think it's worth the effort. For one thing, every video or recipe I saw said to #roast the #peppers first.

I've roasted peppers for the sixth time now and I can safely say I've HATED the result every time. #Roastedpeppers are SLIMY, and SOGGY, and TASTELESS.

Just what is the point of roasted #bellpeppers?

First time making fancy cream cheese. Roasted a bunch of peppers from our farm share and then brutalized them with my immersion blender.

I give you, roasted pepper cream cheese. Bagels are in the fridge.

Hnggg. I may not be able to wait until morning.
