‘It’s just semantics’. I hear this often when the topic comes up of disasters not being natural, so why do we persist calling them natural disasters? It is more than semantics.

Yours doesn’t - get any cleaner - but other peoples’ may contain: 100 year old mud, 50 year old asbestos, & more recently dead possums, mice, rats, less favoured household cats as well as providing a breeding ground for mosquitoes etc. ☹️ Only partly joking here… Of course it could be better to improve the standard of theirs rather than just acknowledge the risk of those that don’t have much risk, but here we are… sorry… 😞
